Learn to trust the timing of things, then watch everything fall into place 🦋
Sometimes all the small things add up to the really big things ⚡️

So here’s the thing; when it comes to anything in life- the job you do, the art you create, relationships, the visions you have. If it doesn’t completely move you, if it doesn’t inspire you, or make your heart throb then it’s not coming from your soul. By holding onto things that don’t inspire you, only fills the capacity with wasted energy causing your authentic self to submerge. Let go of the ordinary and follow whatever it is that sets your soul on fire.
Some things, once you’ve loved them, become your forever. And if you try to let them go, they only circle back and return to you. They become a part of who you are🍃

You are a work of art that I can admire forever 💛
“Dear human, You’ve got it all wrong. You didn’t come here to master unconditional love. That is where you came from and that is where you’ll return. You came here to learn personal love. Universal love. Messy love. Crazy love. Broken love. Whole Love, infused with divinity. Lived through the grace of stumbling. Demonstrated through the beauty of messing up, often. You didn’t come here to be perfect, you already are. You came here to be gorgeously human; flawed and fabulous. And rising again into remembering. But unconditional love? Stop telling that story. Love in truth doesn’t need any adjectives. It doesn’t require modifiers. It doesn’t require the condition of being perfect. It only asks you to show up, and do your best. That you stay present and feel fully. That you shine and fly, and laugh and cry, and hurt and heal and fall and get back up and play and work and live and die as you. And it’s enough, it’s plenty.”
“When I look for Love I find art; and when I look for art I find you” 🌊

Hanging out... 🏝
This photo was taken the morning after I arrived back in Osaka. The night prior to this we stood out way too late, resulting in us missing our last connection subway to our hotel. We asked for help, but ultimately the options were to walk or take a taxi. It was 3a.m. and there wasn’t a taxi in sight, so we started walking. We were 17 miles away from our destination. Phones were dead, WiFi was dead, the city was asleep; and I couldn't help but to feel dreadful from exhaustion. We walked through alleys, the riverbed and one way streets. We walked through neighborhoods and gardens. We used the railroads as our guide, the stars as our light and ended up having one of the best adventures. In other parts of the world this may have been more intimidating; but Osaka is safe, comforting, and so charming. I’ve never met more hospitable people in my life. The views this city offers is just a bonus to the feeling you get from wandering the streets. What started out as what felt like a misfortune ended up being probably my favorite part of the trip and the moment I fell absolutely in love with Japan.
Falling in love with Harajuku. There’s nothing like a big city that makes me feel small, yet limitless.
“Life is not about the destination, it’s about the journey.”
The funny thing about destiny is, sometimes it takes you to places you never thought it would take you.
